Regarding to Myfxbook blog post current Forex contest stats look interesting:

17% of people on this contest gained some profit. That’s more than legendary 5% of the market. But, take a look at margin calls percentage – 38%! Does it mean people are not familiar enough with leverage?

I think not. I believe people still need to learn how to make long-term profit. When you get this level on forex DEMO account than and only than you can start playing with leverage. There’s no easier way – you need to prove yourself that you are able to profit for minimum 6 months.
